Millhouse Plumbing is a small, owner-operated business. That is deliberate, and it is the reason our customers keep calling back.
Who we are
Millhouse Plumbing Pty Ltd has been operating since 2002, based in Western Sydney and servicing the Sydney metropolitan area and surrounds. It is owner-operated by Nathan, a licensed plumber with over thirty years of hands-on trade experience, supported by a small trusted team.
We are not the cheapest plumber in Sydney and we have never tried to be. What we are set up for is the work that needs experience behind it — concealed leaks, recurring drainage faults, compliance work and the jobs somebody else has already had an unsuccessful go at.
Over 95% of our work comes from customers who have used us before. That figure is the honest measure of whether a trade business is any good, and it is the one we pay attention to.

Reports suitable to pass to a strata committee, a landlord or an insurer, describing what was found, done and tested.
We stand behind it
Licensed, fully insured, and here in twelve months' time if you need us again. Most of our customers do.
The equipment behind the diagnosis
Experience matters more than gear, but the gear is what turns experience into evidence.
- Drain camera and sonde — internal survey of sewer and stormwater lines with surface location and depth marking.
- Acoustic leak detection — ground microphones and correlation equipment for concealed pressurised leaks.
- Thermal imaging — identifying water tracking behind walls and beneath floors.
- Pipe locator — tracing service routes and depths before excavation.
- Truck-mounted high-pressure jetter — cutting roots and scouring lines back to full bore.
